We are the only Marine Conservation Program in Nicaragua offering reef courses and excursions, tailored to individuals or large groups, aimed at training the NEXT GENERATION of MARINE CONSERVATIONISTS

Current Azul Conservation Programs

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, Azul Conservation is  not running any active conservation courses to the public. Once the situation changes we will update you, or for more information please email george@conservationdiver.com

Thank you for choosing to participate at Azul Conservation! Often when people think of environmentalism, their thoughts turn to what is familiar; to the fields, trees, rivers, mountains or cities around them. This however is only part of the picture, and in order for us to preserve the earth we live on, everyone needs to be aware that “you can’t be green if you don’t think blue”. We all need Vitamin Sea! It is not just a vital food source for millions of people worldwide, but key to atmospheric regulation and climate stabilisation. But less we forget, it is also home for many beautiful and wonderful organisms we must protect. You have taken the first step in saving our oceans. Please take all you have learnt from us forward into your lives and help educate others, so they too can understand the importance of the ocean. Remember “to teach, not preach”. In today’s society being environmentally conscious can cause you to be persecuted since you are challenging the social norms of the comfort driven order. Stay strong and take pride in your beliefs. We are the last generations with the power to change things.
